Merchandise Return Policies

Beyond Betty LLC stands behind all products listed as a “Beyond Betty” item. If at any time you are not satisfied with a “Beyond Betty” product, simply send an email to with “Return” in the subject line, refer to the product you want to return and include your invoice number. A credit will be made to the credit card you used for your purchase upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Return Shipping

  1. 1.     Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  1. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package.
  2. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  3. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment so you can track the delivery of your package.

Return Exceptions Policy

 If you purchased an item from a Beyond Betty Affiliate Vendor, returns are subject to conditions established by the original vendor including their policies regarding order cancellation, returned merchandise, receipt of pending credit card authorizations and/or chargebacks.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Beyond Betty within 30 days of delivery at 303.284.3255. Please be prepared to supply Beyond Betty with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Beyond Betty will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Beyond Betty, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
